The Sandy Springs Police Department is collecting unwrapped toys & other needed items to deliver to the children at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.
Donations may be made until Dec. 5, 2013 at the Sandy Springs Police Headquarters, 7840 Roswell Road, Suite 301.
Items Needed by Age Range:
Infants & Toddlers: Rattles, squeeze toys, crib activity center, Fisher Price Little People, non-cloth teething rings, blocks.
Pre-School: Touch books, Baby Einstein Products, Play-Doh, Lego Blocks, cars/trucks, Mr. Potato Head.
Elementary: Puzzles, Barbie’s, Magna Doodle, board games, art kits, action figures, hand held games, Spider Man.
Adolescents: $5 gift cards (local retailers and iTunes), card games, Jenga,
Taboo, model kits, hair accessories, PG-13 DVD’s, handheld games, Nerf items.
We now have two more collection sites; Sandy Springs City Hall, courtroom entrance, 7840 Roswell Rd, building 500, Sandy Springs, 30350 and Firehouse Subs, 5610 Glenridge Drive. With any donation, Firehouse Subs is offering a free drink and chips with at least a medium sub purchase.
