Students Create Valentine's Day Cards for Children's Hospital Patients

Interact Club members at Riverwood International Charter School participated a project coordinated by 104.7 The Fish.

Five members of the Interact club at Riverwood International Charter School took part in a project designed to send Valentine’s Day love to patients at the Sibley Heart Center at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.

The students at the high school in Sandy Springs made roughly 30 cards to send to the hospital as part of a project coordinated by radio station 104.7 The Fish.

The project involved school groups, friends and family members creating Valentine’s Day cards for the children at the center. The cards were delivered on Friday, Feb. 13, and the radio station also conducted a live broadcast from the hospital throughout the day.
