Teens Charged With Entering Auto in Sandy Springs
The two 16-year-old male juveniles were found to be in possession of items belonging to one of the victims.

SANDY SPRINGS, GA -- Two 16-year-old juveniles have been charged in connection to three entering auto incidents at a Sandy Springs parking lot.
Officers with the agency were dispatched to the parking lot at 6303 Barfield Road around 1:30 a.m. Oct. 25 in response to a call of damage to a vehicle.
The vehicle's owner told police his driver's side door had been pried, but the alleged thieves did not enter the car, according to an incident report from the Sandy Springs Police Department.

The first victim also informed officers that another passenger vehicle parked about 10 spaces from his had damage to its driver's side door. Fortunately, that car's owner told police her vehicle wasn't entered and nothing appeared to be missing.
At that moment, officers learned of another vehicle, a pickup truck, located on the second level of the parking deck that had its driver's side window shattered, the police report states.

While looking over the truck, the officer was informed that a K9 officer made a traffic stop on a 2013 white Chevy Malibu occupied by two male teenagers.
While conducting a search of the Chevy, officers allegedly discovered property belonging to the victim who drove the truck.
The teen who was driving was charged with entering auto, two counts of criminal attempt to commit entering auto, failure to maintain lane and improper stopping. His passenger was charged with entering auto, two counts of criminal attempt to commit entering auto and possession of marijuana less than an ounce.
