Toast to Her Brings a Live Podcast Brunch Experience to Sandy Springs for Women’s History Month

A gathering designed to honor growth, reflection, and the art of becoming.

This Women’s History Month, a new gathering invites women to pause — not simply to celebrate how far they’ve come, but to honor who they are becoming.

On Saturday, March 14 at noon, Toast to Her arrives at Cafe I AM in Sandy Springs, Georgia, offering an elevated brunch experience infused with live podcast dialogue, reflection, and connection.

Created and hosted by Tracy Marchelle, founder of the podcast Girl, I’m Making It Through, the inaugural event blends meaningful conversation with the warmth of shared table fellowship. Rather than a traditional brunch, Toast to Her unfolds as a live podcast-style experience — intimate, conversational, and rooted in authenticity.

The afternoon will feature special guests Ethel London and Tijana Eby, who will join Tracy in an open dialogue exploring resilience, womanhood, identity, and the courage required to evolve through life’s many seasons. The experience is designed not for passive listening, but for collective engagement — an invitation for women to see themselves reflected in one another’s stories.

Following the live conversation, Tracy will guide guests through an intimate session designed to deepen reflection and create space for alignment and embodiment — allowing the themes discussed to move from dialogue into lived intention.

“This isn’t just a brunch — it’s a moment of alignment,” says Marchelle. “Every woman deserves space to pause, reflect, and honor the woman she’s becoming.”

Hosting Toast to Her at Café I AM adds a meaningful layer to the gathering. The woman-owned café provides a nurturing backdrop for women celebrating women — a space rooted in nourishment, intention, and community. The setting mirrors the heart of the event itself: collaboration, elevation, and shared empowerment.

Tickets are $20 per person and include one mimosa or non-alcoholic mimosa. A curated brunch menu will be available for purchase. Guests can expect thoughtful dialogue, a lively yet grounded brunch atmosphere, and authentic connection.

In a season dedicated to honoring women’s contributions throughout history, Toast to Her offers something equally powerful — the opportunity to honor the present moment and the unfolding journey ahead.
