Watershed Alliance of Sandy Springs Receives Engagement Award
The organization is this year's recipient of Kennesaw State University's GIS Engagement Award.

The Watershed Alliance of Sandy Springs was recently honored as this year’s recipient of Kennesaw State University’s GIS (Geographic Information Science) Engagement Award.
The award signifies the community partnership between an individual or organization and its GIS program “that results in a mutually beneficial outcome,“ the alliance said.
Specifically, WASS was nominated and awarded the Engagement Award because of its ongoing relationship with KSU’s GIS program through courses co-sponsored by WASS.
