Wire Manufacturing Company To Relocate In Sandy Springs

SANDY SPRINGS, GA — Superior Essex, a global manufacturer of cable and wire products, has announced it will relocate to The Pavilion, Class-A office property at 5770 Powers Ferry Road in Sandy Springs.

The building landlord, ReliaStar Life Insurance Company – an operating subsidiary of Voya Financial – was represented by JLL senior leasing directors, Kay Younglove and Glenn Aspinwall, with tenant representation provided by Sam Holmes with CBRE.

Spanning two full-floors of The Pavilion, Superior Essex is set to occupy 57,078 square feet of space, featuring an open floor plan designed to facilitate collaboration and spark creativity. Having served a variety of industries for 85 years, this relocation allows the global company to continue optimizing productivity and efficiency while increasing talent acquisition by embracing modern workplace trends.

The 128,000-square-foot building is positioned within a private wooded campus and includes an expansive green space for tenants to enjoy. Additional tenant perks include a food-court style cafeteria, which recently received a $1.5-million renovation, and a 13,000-square-foot fitness facility, with $500,000 in recent upgrades, complete with top-of-the-line exercise equipment, basketball and racquetball courts and remodeled locker rooms.

Relocating from office space at 6120 Powers Ferry Rd NW #150, the move enables Superior Essex to maintain its strategic position in Atlanta’s northwest market, allowing employees to experience seamless access and connectivity to the clients they service and surrounding business centers.
