'Into The Woods' Wraps Up Saturday At North Springs

The final performances will be held Saturday, March 24.

SANDY SPRINGS, GA — The North Springs Charter High School award-winning Performing Arts Magnet program will host the final performances of its spring musical, "Into the Woods," this weekend.

Students will bring this Tony Award-winning show to audiences 7 p.m. Friday, March 23 and 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. Saturday, March 24. “'Into the Woods' is an entertaining blend of some of the world’s most beloved fairy tales set to the magnificent music of Stephen Sondheim, but like all the best fairy tales, it contains light and darkness,” said director and North Springs drama teacher Tyler Owens.

With a cast and crew of nearly 60, including actors, pit orchestra musicians and directors, this show, like all North Springs’ productions, is completely student-run and promises to delight audiences.

Tickets are available at the door and online at www.northspringstickets.com and are $8 for students, $10 seniors and $15 for adults. North Springs Charter High School is located at 7447 Roswell Road.
