Youth Leadership Sandy Springs and Leadership Sandy Springs' current leadership recently challenged each other’s thinking on the topic during a three-hour seminar.

Led by Clarus Consulting Group, the seminar allowed Millennials, GenXers and Baby Boomers to engage in dialogue about diversity and their roles in promoting inclusiveness.

It was a cross-generational meeting of the minds, as the seminar got both classes to challenge each other's thinking and perceptions when it comes to stereotypes.

For example, one exercise included giving team members specific hats, such as a sombrero or those work by ranchers, and asked them to create a story of the person wearing the hat.
