Youth Leadership Sandy Springs Inducts 13 Riverwood Students
They join 25 other Sandy Springs area students in the yearlong program designed to enhance and enrich their understanding of city.

From Riverwood Int'l School:Thirteen Riverwood International Charter School students were inducted to the 2018-19 Youth Leadership Sandy Springs (YLSS) class.
Congratulations to Christine Cleveland, Oliver Davidson, David Esslinger, Bradley Friedrich, Sasha Frierson, Elizabeth Grant, Sophie Griggs, Grecia Hernandez, Haag Johnson, Lindsey Lewis, Jennifer Ruiz, Katie Sprung, and Owen Woodman for being selected. They join 25 other Sandy Springs area high school students in the yearlong program designed to enhance and enrich their understanding of city. Throughout the year, they will examine the environment, city government, non-profits, law enforcement, as well as business and public safety. Launched by Leadership Sandy Springs in 2011, YLSS is based on Leadership Sandy Springs’ successful 30-year-old program developing community leaders. Riverwood has been well-represented in each of the eight YLSS classes.
