Youth Leadership Sandy Springs Inducts 36 New Students
The initiative kicked off its fourth year at an induction ceremony at Holy Innocents' Fine Arts auditorium.

Youth Leadership Sandy Springs kicked off its fourth year, inducting 36 new members in a ceremony at Holy Innocents’ Fine Arts auditorium.
The class of 2014-15 comes from eight schools and will begin their year of community exploration with an all-day Saturday retreat to Outward Bound’s ropes course followed by a cell phone scavenger hunt in September.

After spending the year studying their community, the high school sophomores and juniors will pick a group service project. Youth Leadership Sandy Springs is the junior program of Leadership Sandy Springs, a unique opportunity for high school sophomore and juniors who are interested in developing leadership skills, investigating the issues facing Sandy Springs and discovering opportunities for service.
