Community Update

Received an oil change from them in March. Shop is just a mile from where I live and price was reasonable. But in May my timing chain slipped due to no oil in the car. Needless to say, I won't be going to them again. Called to speak to them about it, and i was told to bring it in to be looked at then they would charge me $80 to run a test. REALLY!!! Don't you need the timing chain for that to be effective? No thank you. Because of them I was forced to replace my engine for $1200. A letter will surely go to the Better Business Bureau to be filed in the coming weeks.
