The Reality of Aids in Gwinnett County

The AIDS Ministry from St. Oliver Plunkett will be presenting Mr. Daniel Jean - Baptiste, Youth Coordinator of AIDSGwinnett in a talk to the teens of St. Olver on the Subject of "The Reality of AIDS in Gwinnett County.

Mr. Jean-Baptiste is an HIV Prevention Educator with AIDSGwinnett. He's been an educator with the agency since 2002 and began teaching HIV Prevention as a peer educator in Boston, MA. His presentations focus on helping youth and adults make better decisions around sex, drugs, alcohol and other high risk behaviors. He has worked with young people from all walks of life and in all types of settings. From pre-teens at the Boys & Girls Club, to youth at the Children's Shelter and young adults at the Gwinnett Detention Center. His work with young adults is fun educational and real.
