Firefighters Battle House Fire Near Snellville

Firefighters worked a Snellville-area house fire Thursday morning on the 3100 block of Hall Garden Road.

Gwinnett Fire Capt. Tommy Rutledge sent the following news release at 7:25 a.m.:

Firefighters are currently on the scene of a working house fire at the above location. The fire is out at this time and the scene is under control. There is no word yet on the cause of the fire or extent of damage. Early reports of possible children trapped inside proved to be negative. All occupants are safe and accounted for at this time. They were all outside-safe when fire crews arrived.
