Highway 78 Burglars Caught on Camera During June 15 Break-ins: Police
The Snellville and Gwinnett County police are seeking tips from the public on the identities of the two suspects.

SNELLVILLE, GA -- The police have released surveillance photos of two young men who are suspected of pulling off a string of burglaries at local stores in the early hours of June 15.
The eight burglaries occurred along the Highway 78 corridor, according to the Gwinnett County Police Department (GCPD), which is investigating the break-ins with the Snellville Police Department. Three burglaries took place in unincorporated Snellville and the rest within the city limits.

Based on the surveillance images, one suspect is described as a light-skinned black male wearing a Georgia Bulldogs sweatshirt. The other suspect, another black male, is seen wearing a scarf around his neck. Their identities are unknown, the GCPD said.

In the Metro PCS heist, a witness sitting in a vehicle in the parking lot of the nearby Lowe’s Home Improvement store heard a burglar alarm go off, the Gwinnett County police said. He saw a man running to a vehicle parked near him.
The individual was described as a light-skinned black male, with short dreadlocks coming out of the bottom of the hat he was wearing, the GCPD said.
