Indivisible Gwinnett Will Host Snellville "No Kings" Event on Saturday, March 28

On March 28, local Gwinnett County residents will join millions of Americans in a nationwide day of peaceful protests at the Snellville City Hall, from 10 a.m. - noon.

Snellville is one of over 3,000 events nationwide. The gathering is an authorized sign-waving that emphasizes family-friendly participation. Participants will assemble along Oak Road and Highway 78.

"We are excited to host our first-ever 'No Kings' event in Snellville. Our goal is to create a fun and engaging event that brings together people eager to express their dissatisfaction with how our country is being managed," said Invisible Gwinnett Chair Claire Gul.

"No Kings" is a peaceful movement in all 50 states that has already mobilized millions, from over five million participants in 2025 to more than 7 million people attending 2,700+ events this past October. All "No Kings" events follow a shared commitment to nonviolent protest and community safety. Organizers work closely with local partners to ensure safe and impactful activities.

Indivisible Gwinnett is a local chapter of the national Indivisible movement, focusing on grassroots organizing in Gwinnett County, Georgia. It is a volunteer-driven movement defending democracy through civic engagement, advocacy, and peaceful actions.
