Mayor Kelly Kautz and her husband Robb said they are ecstatic with the birth of their first child, a healthy baby boy.

Preston Alexander Knox was born at 10:38 a.m. at Eastside Hospital in Snellville weighing 6 pounds and 19 inches long.
