Results of recent Gwinnett County restaurant inspections in Snellville by East Metro Public Health with a synopsis of deficiencies found by the inspector. These are reports over the past week.

Deficiencies observed: Dishwasher not releasing cleaning fluid, an ice machine had black "mold-like" substance on it, cold-held foods not a proper temperature, and freezer not cold enough.

Deficiencies observed: Shellfish tags not kept on file in chronological order; observed employee handling raw shrimp then touching order screen buttons, cooler handles, and clean equipment; and observed employee use sanitizer then proceed with same gloves for another job (gloves must be changed between tasks).
