Deficiencies observed: No designated person in charge; employee chewing gum while cutting celery; no antibacterial soap at the handwashing sink; handwashing sink also had a dirty mat and dirty dishes stored in it, moldy lemons and limes stored in cooler; ice machine and soda dispensing guns are heavily molded; frozen, raw chicken wings seen thawing in sink with warm running water instead of cool water; raw fish being thawed improperly; chilled beverage glasses being stored on a dirty service; no chlorine test strips, The sides of the fryers and cook-top are heavily encrusted with grease and food particles (repeat violation); improperly discarded garbage; dirty floors; and light bulbs that need replacing. Re-inspection within ten days.

Deficiencies observed: Raw animal foods not separated from each other, food not dated properly, shrimp and chicken not properly cooled, wet wipes with wrong concentration of sanitizer, raw chicken stored in vegetable sink, in-use utensils fork food not held at right temperatures, and an employee was seen contaminated his/her gloves blowing on them.
