UPDATED: 84-Year-Old Man Found OK
Robert Whited has dementia and Alzheimer's disease and was last seen Tuesday afternoon.
Updated March 28, 2012: The Mattie's Call subject from last night was located by the Jonesboro Police Department. Police said Whited seems to be in good health.
have issued a Mattie's Call for 84-year-old Robert Whited. The Buford resident is described as a white male, 6 feet tall with grey hair and blue eyes. He weighs about 150 pounds.
He was last seen around 3 p.m. on Tuesday, and he was wearing a blue baseball cap, light blue long-sleeve shirt and blue jeans.

Whited suffers from dementia and is in advanced stage of Alzheimer's disease. According to police, he usually frequents the nearby Kroger at Ridge Road at Hamilton Mill Road.
He drives a 2007 Gold Chevrolet Trailblazer with Georgia license plate PD14T7.
Anyone coming into contact with Whited should call 911.
