New Goodwill Store in Snellville Set to Open
The store, located at Ronald Reagan Parkway and Scenic Highway, will be Goodwill's 49th in North Georgia.

Community and business leaders will join local shoppers for the grand opening of the Snellville Goodwill Store on Thursday, August 7.
The ribbon-cutting is at 8:30 a.m. and doors officially open to shoppers at 9Β a.m.

Located at 2340 Ronald Reagan Parkway, the Snellville store marks the opening of Goodwill of North Georgiaβs 49th store in operation, the second in Snellville.
Goodwill of North Georgiaβs mission is to put people to work. Throughout a 45-county territory, the organization currently operates 49 stores and more than 60 attended donation centers. Goodwillβs retail locations and donated goods program help generate funding for Goodwillβs job training programs and employment programs. In 2013 alone, Goodwill of North Georgia helped more than 11,000 people in North Georgia find jobs and provided job training and job-placement services to an additional 29,000.

The Snellville Goodwill Store is the second of six new stores and career training centers Goodwill of North Georgia is slated to open this fiscal year, following the opening of its first Dawsonville store on July 17th.
Snellville community and business leaders will be on hand for the ribbon-cutting, including Mayor Kelly Kautz, Snellville City Council members, Raymond Bishop, president and CEO, Goodwill of North Georgia.
