Police Find Multiple Drugs in Tube Sock

A tube sock found in a man's white Lexus contained six different types of drugs.

A tube sock with six different drugs was found in a vehicle July 20 in Snellville after the car was pulled over for an expired tag. 

The car, a white Lexus, was spotted with an expired January tag near GA 10 and Rockdale Circle and pulled over.

The officer approached the vehicle and immediately smelled the odor of raw marijuana, so the officer, along with a backup officer, searched the vehicle and found a tube sock between the floorboard and the driver's seat.

The single sock contained six different drugs: 50 oxycodone pills, 11 grams of cocaine, 11 grams of marijuana, nine ecstasy pills, nine vials of morphine and a box of Viagra. Thirty-five bags that are often used to distribute narcotics in were also found in the sock. 

Snellville police arrested the driver, a 32-year-old from Acworth. In addition to being charged with an expired tag, he was also charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine, ecstasy, oxycodone, morphine and marijuana
