Police: Snellville Man with Dementia, 87, is Missing

The following information has also been sent to the GBI for evaluation for a Mattie’s Call. Notification of an actual Mattie’s Call will be issued by the GBI if appropriate.

The following subject has been missing since about 8:00 a.m. when he drove away from his home on Oakwilde Court in Snellville. He drove a white 1999 Buick Park Avenue.

Missing person:

Chlowe Cardwell, W/M, 87 years old

6’00” tall, 154 pounds

Last seen in wearing blue jeans and a gray long sleeve shirt

Mr. Cardwell suffers from dementia and is vision and hearing impaired. Anyone encountering Mr. Cardwell should call 911. Mr. Cardwell is on the left in the attached photo.
