SNELLVILLE, GA -- Sick and tired of traffic in Gwinnett County?

Well, state and county leaders are giving you a chance to make your voice heard Tuesday as to what the future of transportation in Gwinnett should look like.

The county is updating its Comprehensive Transportation Plan, which will serve as a roadmap of sorts for how transportation needs will be met.

As part of the process, several public meetings are being held around Gwinnett County to get citizen input.

The next meeting is Tuesday at 6 p.m. at Snellville City Hall, at 2342 Oak Road SW.

The updated plan will summarize current and future transportation needs of all kinds within the county and will recommend the projects that will be tackled over the next 25 years.

Residents who attend the meetings will be given a survey to fill out.
