β’ Athens Flock camera vandalized with spray paint, police report (augustachronicle.com) β A recent Athens-Clarke police report notes that a 32-year-old man from Statham was arrested in downtown Athens after allegedly damaging a new Park Pass QR code sticker used for app-based parking payments. In a separate case, officers are also investigating vandalism of a Flock license-plate reader camera on Tallassee Road, part of a broader pattern of similar incidents in Georgia and other states.
