• Isaias recovery: Federal aid approved as 20K remain without power in GA (fox5atlanta.com) — Stone Mountain residents are dealing with downed trees and power lines along Valley Creek Drive after post-tropical cyclone Isaias, with contract crews working to restore electricity. Federal emergency aid has been approved for Georgia, and utilities have already restored power to most affected customers, though thousands statewide remain in the dark as damage assessments and repairs continue.
