• IPPE set to stay in Atlanta through 2036 (petfoodprocessing.net) — USPOULTRY's headquarters in Tucker hosted the signing to keep the massive International Production and Processing Expo based in Atlanta through 2036, reinforcing the area's role in the global poultry and animal food industries. The annual show, which now draws over 32,500 attendees from more than 115 countries, will next be held January 26–28, 2027.
   

• Georgia Receives Nearly $500 Million for Rural Electric Upgrades (rfdtv.com) — Nearly $487 million in federal loan funding is headed to Oglethorpe Power, headquartered in Tucker, to upgrade 14 electric generation sites across rural Georgia. The long-term improvements aim to boost reliability, cut operating costs, and ease pressure on electric rates for co-op customers statewide, indirectly benefiting Tucker's role as a key energy hub.
