• Video shows Atlanta musician hitting woman from stage during performance (11alive.com) — A woman says she was struck by an Atlanta musician while dancing near the stage at Londzell Performing Arts Theatre in Tucker, and video from the show appears to capture the moment. She and her attorney now plan legal action, arguing she shouldn't bear medical and financial fallout from the encounter, while the performer has not responded to media inquiries.
   

• Dawgs to the Hall! 3 Georgia legends headed to state Sports Hall of Fame (foxchattanooga.com) — A former University of Georgia tennis standout from Tucker is among three Bulldog legends being inducted into the State of Georgia Sports Hall of Fame this February in Macon. Allen Miller, a Tucker native who led UGA to the 1985 NCAA tennis title, joins football greats Terrence Edwards and Richard Seymour in the new class honoring their record-setting college and pro careers.
