• Taste of Tucker returns to Main Street with food, live music, kids zone, more, this Saturday (atlantaonthecheap.com) — Downtown Tucker's Main Street will turn into a food and music festival this Saturday, October 3, with free admission and live entertainment from 1 to 6 p.m. You'll buy $1 Taste Tickets for bite-sized dishes from local restaurants, enjoy a kids zone near LaVista Road, and find parking around the downtown area and nearby churches.
   

• Jerrine Toll (covchurch.org) — A longtime Tucker resident, Jerrine Toll is remembered for a life devoted to family, church ministry, and children's music education after she and her husband retired to Tucker in 1996. Her story spans service in churches, camps, and schools across the country, and her family suggests memorial gifts to charitable organizations in her honor.
