• Tucker residents share priorities for redevelopment in Northlake (roughdraftatlanta.com) — Tucker residents just weighed in on what they want Northlake to become, from better restaurants and parks to safer walking and biking routes. The Tucker-Northlake CID and consultant Kimley-Horn are using this feedback to shape a five-year redevelopment plan, with draft recommendations set to be unveiled at a final community meeting on January 28, 2027.
• Musician charged after viral video shows woman struck, but he hasn't been arrested (11alive.com) — A woman says she suffered black eyes and dental damage after a musician allegedly struck her during a performance in Tucker, and he now faces a simple battery charge. Her attorneys question why the warrant hasn't led to an arrest and argue the injuries merit a more serious charge, while DeKalb County authorities have not responded publicly.
• Fall Follow List: Must Follow 2028's (prepbaseballreport.com) — Georgia's Prep Baseball scouts have released a fall watch list of standout 2028 prospects from across the state, and Tucker outfielder Blake Samuda made the cut.
