Dog Days of Summer - BLT Steak Atlanta's End of Season Feast
As summer draws to a close it's time for one last feast to celebrate the end of the season at BLT Steak Atlanta!

As summer draws to a close it’s time for one last feast to celebrate the end of the season. Chef Joseph Macy and the BLT Steak Atlanta staff have prepared a ‘Dog Days of Summer’ blackboard menu with favorite seasonal selections available August 25th through August 31st. Tongues will be wagging from delights such as a sugar sun tomato salad with compressed watermelon, watercress, basil and sherry, black mission fig tart with duck bacon, arugula and saba, and fresh shelled lady peas with escarole and cipollini onion. Entrees that sizzle include a 10oz wagyu flat iron topped with green tomato chimichurri, and pan seared Georgia mountain trout with sweet corn risotto, chanterelle and parsley. Finish the night on a sweet note with a refreshing fresh fruit popsicle with raspberries, peaches and strawberries, served with sugar cookies, or the triple citrus cake topped with orange caramel, house-candied blood oranges, macadamias and lime sherbet. Blackboard specials are available individually or prix fixe for $60 and with an optional wine pairing for an additional $35.
