
Emory University’s Halle Institute for Global Learning is launching a new China Speaker Series, which will explore China’s political history in the midst of its extraordinary rise as a world power in the 21st century.
Based on her forthcoming book “The Resilience of Chinese Communism: Mining the Anyuan Revolutionary Tradition,” Harvard-Yenching Institute director Elizabeth Perry will draw contemporary lessons from the history of the revolution and its later interpretations in her lecture, "The Resilience of Chinese Communism: Lessons From History".
