Core Yoga: a mind/body reconnecting class to help energize new parents

Make space in your week to pause, reconnect and reclaim your body and mind in this energizing, core focused yoga class... Introducing an all levels class tailored to address the physical and emotional needs of new parents.  Each class begins with a focus on and an awareness of the breath followed by a challenging flowing vinyasa practice and ending with a relaxing cool down and savasana (corpse pose).  Meet your individual challenges with intelligent sequencing and creative sun salutations with an emphasis on core strength and alignment.  Build endurance, increase flexibility, and delve within for a deeper connection with yourself.  Prepare to leave each class feeling a renewed sense of vitality and a readiness to meet the demands of your family.  Previous yoga experience not required.  Newcomers and seasoned practitioners will enjoy this class.  

 The class will meet every Thursday, beginning Sept. 6th from 9:00am-10:00am for a 6 week series to strengthen your core and soften your mind. $75 for the 6-week series, drop-ins are $15 per class.
