On Good Friday, April 7, at 7 p.m., the music ministries of Virginia-Highland Church and Decatur United Church of Christ will join to offer Good Friday … a Requiem. Featuring a 25-voice choir, soloists, an organist, and a cellist, this hour-long service will tell the Good Friday story in word and music. The evening will end with a dramatic and moving stripping of the altar. This event is free and open to the public.
