Money Matters

The Atlanta Fringe Festival workshops are intended to help artists create sustainable models for their artistic business, with information on getting money to make your project, protecting your original material, and getting help so your project runs smoothly.  Please RSVP via email.

This Money Matters workshop is a double feature:

Show Me the Money: Finding Grants lead by Dr. Deborah Smith, who teaches nonprofit governance and administration and is the Grants & Contracts Specialist for the College of Humanities and Social Sciences at Kennesaw State University.

Looking for Loot: Corporate Fundraising for your Organization lead by Molly Shepherd, who is the Development Manager for Corporate Engagement at Hands On Atlanta.  Before beginning her tenure at Hands On Atlanta, she spent almost four years at the Georgia State University Foundation as a Development Coordinator for the Office of Corporate and Foundation Relations. She also serves as the lead fundraiser for the Atlanta Fringe Festival and Twinhead Theatre, the AFF's fiscal sponsor.
