Former AJC Environmental Writer to Sign Books at Manuel’s
Charles Seabrook to visit Manuel's on Tuesday

Former Atlanta Journal Constitution environmental writer Charles Seabrook will sign copies of his latest book at on Tuesday.
On Tuesday, Seabook will be on hand to talk with the crowd and sign copies of “The World of the Salt Marsh: Appreciating and Protecting the Tidal Marshes of the Southeastern Atlantic Coast.”

The book focuses on an area from the Outer Banks of North Carolina to Cape Canaveral in Florida, and looks at the ecological significance of the marshes, from providing a natural habitat for hundreds of creatures to protecting against costly erosion. Critics call the book, published by the University of Georgia Press, "a must-read for anyone concerned for the future of our coasts."
