Police Arrest Two Men in Home Burglary

Two men were arrested Thursday afternoon after allegedly breaking into an apartment on the 2100 block of Piedmont Road.

The victim came home around 12:20 p.m. on Thursday, May 24, to find his door kicked in and two men rummaging through his property.

The victim chased the suspects on foot while yelling for his neighbors to call the police, according to a statement from the Atlanta Police department.

Police arrested a 29-year-old suspect in the parking lot.

The second suspect — a 17-year-old man — was found walking along Lambert Drive carrying a bag of electronics stolen from the apartment.
