Poncey-Highland Law Firm Awards Scholarships

Client achievement scholarships made by Moore and Hawthorne LLC.

The law firm of , based in Poncey-Highland, along with Moore & Hawthorne Foundations, recently awarded its 2011 client achivement scholarships. Whitney Jackson, a graduate of Tri-Cities High School in East Point, earned a GPA of 4.0, and will be attending the California Institute of the Arts. She received a $2,500 scholarship.

The firm's foundation also awarded a second-place, $1,250 scholarship to Nicole Sparks, a Chamblee Charter school graduate, who will be attending Howard University this fall.

Both recipients are relatives of clients of the firm.
