Purse Taken From Car on Cheshire Bridge Road

A purse was alledegly stolen last week from a car parked on the 2300 block of Cheshire Bridge Road.

The window of the car was reportedly left open, according to the police report.

The following crime report was sent electronically to all Lindridge/Martin Manor residents on Sunday, Nov. 6.

Residential Burglary

1100 block of Woodland Avenue; Oct. 26 around 4:30 p.m.

Victim advised he left the front door open for his roommate and when the roommate returned home he found a female inside. The roommate confronted the female and she stated she was looking for her brother and left. Listed property was noticed to be missing after the female left. The roommate stated the female did not have anything in her arms when she left.

Other Larceny

2300 block of  Cheshire Bridge Road, Chevron Gas Station; Oct. 23

Employee advised arrestee attempted to pay for a bottle of wine, but there are no alcohol sales on Sundays. Arrestee then walked out of location with the wine without paying. Employee stated arrestee came back into location after he'd open the bottle to try to pay for it once again. Arrestee taken into custody.

Victims advised he rented a motel room and let suspect stay the night also. Victims stated when they woke up their property was gone along with suspect. Victim said they found their credit cards that were taken had been used several times in Chamblee, GA

Auto Theft

1800 block of  Cheshire Bridge Road, parking lot; Oct. 29

2007 Chrysler Sebring, GA Tag# 04KMX52

Victim advised he gave suspect the keys to his rental car to retrieve some property. When suspect returned to the room with victim, he never gave victim back the car keys. Victim stated when he woke up the next morning suspect was gone along with the vehicle. Vehicle placed on system as stolen.

1995 Honda Accord, GA Tag# BDL1920

Victim advised he parked his vehicle at location and when he returned it was gone. Victim was still in possession of the vehicle key and his wife was the only person with a spare key. No cameras at location. Vehicle placed on system as stolen.

Theft From Auto

1100 block of Lavista Road, parking garage; Oct. 25

2010 Motorcycle; Someone stole listed property from his motorcycle while it was parked at location.

2300 block of Cheshire Bridge Road, parking lot; Oct. 27

Someone took listed property from vehicle. No forced entry, vehicle window left down.
