• Warner Robins proposes property tax increase, sets 3 public hearings (41nbc.com) — Warner Robins officials are proposing a 2026 property tax rate that's 12.74% above the rollback rate for city residents in Houston County and 16.12% above for those in Peach County. Before finalizing the budget and millage rate, the city must hold three public hearings at Warner Robins City Hall, giving residents a chance to weigh in on how much they'll pay.
• Warner Robins Little Theatre brings comedy 'Birthday Club' to the stage (41nbc.com) — Warner Robins Little Theatre is opening the comedy "Birthday Club" on September 12 at its Pleasant Hill Road venue, with eight performances through September 27 and $20 reserved-seat tickets. The theater is also holding auditions September 13–14 for its next musical and inviting Warner Robins residents to get involved through volunteering, camps, and other arts programs.
• Coming off rivalry win, Northside readies for test against ranked 7A opponent (ajc.com) — Northside High's football coach Daniel "Boone" Williams reflects on his team's 32–10 win over rival Warner Robins, ending a nine-year losing streak in one of the city's biggest traditions.
