Biose Officers Arrest Suspect On Lewd Conduct Charge

Arrested: Wayne Norman, 68, Boise

Charges: Lewd conduct with a Child under 16 years of age (F)

Following an investigation, Boise Police officers arrested Wayne Norman on one count of felony lewd conduct with a child under the age of 16. Boise Police began the investigation when they first learned of the report on July 8, 2020. After a search warrant and further investigation, officers found evidence that the lewd conduct had happened over a number of years. The victim is known to the suspect and was under the age of 16 when the abuse reportedly began. Wayne Norman was booked into the Ada County Jail on Wednesday, August 26, 2020.
