Boise Man Arrested For Lewd Conduct With A Minor

In October of 2019 Boise Police began investigating a report of Lewd conduct with a minor. Boise Police Special Victim’s Unit Detectives identified the suspect as Brian Alker. Alker was known to the victim and made contact with her in a home near Roosevelt and Rosehill St. Evidence shows that Alker assaulted the victim on more than one occasion.

After a lengthy investigation, a warrant was issued for Alker’s arrest. Members of the BPD Neighborhood Contact Officer Unit and U.S. Marshals Greater Idaho Fugitive Task Force located and arrested Alker at a home on the 6400 block of Franklin Road on Thursday.

At the time of arrest he was found with marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Alker was booked into the Ada County Jail under the above charges.
