The City of Boise submitted an amicus brief in this case in support of the DACA program because we recognize the value every resident of our community brings to the larger fabric of our diverse city, regardless of how Boise came to be their home. DACA recipients are our family members, our classmates, our fellow coworkers, neighbors and friends and we thank them for their hard-fought efforts to keep families together. The City of Boise stands committed in our belief that all who chose to call Boise their home are welcome here."
