Teo is a vulnerable adult, his family says he suffered a traumatic brain injury and sometimes gets confused. Teo was last seen leaving his residence in the area of Cole Road and Mountain View Drive. Witness reports indicate that Teo was seen in the area of 36th Street and Eyrie Way at just after 3:00 p.m. that day. He was also seen on surveillance video Thursday walking near Quail Ridge Golf Course (photo attached). Officers were made aware on Thursday evening and have been searching for Teo since. Officers have been searching on foot, with a UAV and other resources. Due to the time frame that Teo has been missing officers worry that he could be anywhere in the city. Officers ask concerned residents to search around their property and keep an eye out while driving.

Missing: Teo, 68. He is about 5’6” and 275lbs. He was last seen wearing a green winter jacket, jeans, and a “fuzzy hat with ears.” Teo does not speak English.
