Boise Police Investigate Vehicle Vs E-Scooter Crash

At 1:20 this afternoon Boise Police responded to a vehicle vs e-scooter crash at 8th and Myrtle in downtown Boise. The male adult on the e-scooter was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries.

What Happened: A preliminary investigation shows that a driver traveling east on Myrtle collided with a scooter rider and then a second vehicle at 8th Street. The scooter was traveling south on 8th street. The second vehicle was traveling north on 8th street. No other injuries were reported.

An investigation is underway and no charges or citations have been issued at this time.
