Boise Police Officers Arrest Suspect On Charges Of Child Enticement Over The Internet

Charge: Children-Enticing of (F)

Earlier this month officers responded to a call for service involving a reported child enticement over social media. Further investigation by the Boise Police Department Special Victims Unit showed that the suspect, Xavier Gimeno, communicated with a victim under the age of 16 through online applications for over two years. Evidence indicates Gimeno solicited sexually explicit images from the victim and sent the victim sexually explicit images and videos as well. There is also evidence that Gimeno requested to meet with the victim in person. This morning Gimeno was booked into the Ada County Jail on a Felony charge of Child Enticement.
