Cory Michaelis has opened for and been mentored by Louie Anderson who helped him record a 45-minute squeaky-clean comedy special “Bad Teacher” in Provo, Utah for <a href="https://drybarcomedy.com/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">DryBarComedy.com</a>.<a href="https://drybarcomedy.com/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank"> </a>
<a href="https://drybarcomedy.com/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">Additionally, h</a>is first album “The Collage Dropout” (45 minutes of not-quite-as-clean material) was released June 19th, 2018 on 800 Pound Gorilla Records and reached #2 on the Billboard Chart and iTunes charts. Cory is a regular headliner in all of the clubs in the Pacific Northwest, opener at Brad Garrett’s Comedy Club at the MGM Grand Casino in Las Vegas, and has headlined many fine and not-so-fine comedy clubs, casinos, colleges, and weird bars all over the country. He was invited to the NOHO Comedy Festival, the Bridgetown Comedy Festival in Portland, Oregon, the Limestone Comedy Festival in Bloomington, Indiana, and headlined the Idaho Laugh Fest in Boise. 
Cory was also a finalist in the Seattle International Comedy Competition. Louie says Cory is “too mean to Roze” – come see what he’s talking about!
The Lounge has a 2 Drink minimum but, don’t worry, we have LOTS of options both with and without alcohol. Prices range from $3-$10. Get tickets here on the website! Due to processing fees, they are $5 more at the door!

Karen Morgan is a former trial attorney who began her comedy career as a Finalist on Nickelodeon Television’s Search for the Funniest Mom in America. She has now been performing clean standup comedy nationwide in theaters and performing arts centers for almost two decades.
Karen has 2 Dry Bar Comedy Specials: Go Dawgs (with millions of views on Facebook &amp; YouTube) and now Rub Some Dirt On It (Top 10 List of 2023). Her latest comedy album, Shiny Happy People Laughing (named with special permission from REM), was recorded in her home town of Athens, Georgia; it plays on 4 different channels on Sirius XM Radio. She has several television appearances including The Talk on CBS, Gotham Comedy Live, and ads for Wal-Mart and Zyrtec. She has also been featured in The Washington Post, Huff Post and The Insider.
Karen entertains audiences nationwide with her relatable observations of family and everyday life. Her funny, sentimental stories of growing up in the 1970s &amp; 80s are a particularly big hit with Gen Xers, Gen Jonesers and Baby Boomers. Karen’s “real” humor, clean material and conversational delivery connect quickly with audiences. She has also built a strong community of friends on social media who love to buy tickets to her live shows. Karen lives in Cumberland, Maine but loves to travel all over the country for comedy shows, especially if there is a Waffle House along the way.
