The Ridge to Rivers partnership is seeking feedback on the current 2021 pilot trail program in place this summer. The goal of the short survey is to gauge user experiences with the four management strategies being piloted in the Boise Foothills. Click here to take the survey.

The survey will be open July 15 through Friday, July 23. Trail managers and the Boise Parks and Recreation Department will record feedback received and potentially use it to inform any adjustments to the pilot program, which is scheduled to wrap up November 1, 2021.

Management strategies put in place this year are based on industry best practices and extensive feedback from local trail users. To recap, here is a list of locations and strategies being tested:

“We appreciate everyone’s willingness to give these management strategies a try,” said Ridge to Rivers Program Manager David Gordon. “Our trail team and Ridge to Rivers rangers will continue to educate the public in these locations and gather feedback on the program to make recommendations to guide the future of the trail system.”
