On average, one in four people experiences a mental health challenge. Even if you have not personally experienced depression, or another mental health concern, chances are likely that someone you love has.
Dr. Cook’s Name Your Story presentation and workshop will give participants the opportunity to not only learn about the signs and symptoms of the most common mental health concerns affecting people today, but will also provide training on how to talk about these experiences with one another. Participants will also get an opportunity to learn about self-care and how to prioritize their wellbeing.
