Human Remains Found In Boise River: Ada County
The remains were found north of downtown on Monday night, according to the Ada County Sheriff.

BOISE, WA - The remains of an adult man were found Monday night on an island in the Boise River north of the downtown area. The body was found by a passerby around 7 p.m. in an area near Willow Lane, which is along the Boise River Greenbelt trail.
Boise Fire and Garden City police recovered the body, which the Ada County Sheriff said was in an advanced state of decomposition.
Police do not yet know how long or why the body was in the river. The Boise River was at flood stage up until last week, and the island where the remains were found had been covered by water.
