• Shelley man hospitalized after being struck while leading horse near roadway (idahopress.com) — Emergency crews from the Shelley-Firth Ambulance district responded after a Shelley man was hit by a car while leading a horse along a rural road northwest of Shelley. The 44-year-old was taken by ground ambulance to a nearby hospital, and police say impairment is not believed to be a factor. The crash briefly blocked the roadway Thursday morning.
